This is the new Rendezvous. Great service by a really nice gal named Deb. I felt at home here. It's not pretentious. Prices were good.

I'll tell you why I like this place for breakfast. It offers a great "value" for your money. The prices are lowest in town for a sit-down joint. The server keeps you coffee cup filled and they offer different specials daily, at a good price. I used to go to the Rendezvous every morning, because of value, but that place closed down, and I bet when they re-open they will jack up their prices like Morningstar. Overall I don't go out for breakfast much, inflation and all. McDonald's is probably cheapest, but that joint is just....well....fast food in the morning. Here's the thing about this place.... a lot of people are into ambience, decor and things to look at. I don't need that nonsense. Go to that Anna's House downtown and pay the long dollar if that's your thing. Put it this way, I got a corn beef hash and cheese omelet with coffee for a $10 spot. At Anna's House that would have cost a little north of $15. Although the special board said "Corn beef and swiss chees" it was actually corn beef hash. But I'm not complaining.
